Skin is the largest organ our body possesses. You don’t have to be a beauty expert to know the importance of keeping your skin looking healthy and vibrant. The reality is it is up to us to take the driver’s seat and be the dictators of our skin’s destiny.

One of the major steps you can take to help your skin stay healthy is to sleep well. The general requirement for an adult is to get eight undisturbed sleep hours a night. For some of us that’s not easy to do. Maybe you suffer from sleep apnea or insomnia. Or are you the type that likes to burn the candle at both ends?

If medical reasons are stealing your sleep we recommend seeing a professional for help. If you like to work hard and play hard we highly suggest you take some rest. Besides so many other ailments that are the result of lack of sleep your skin will definitely suffer. Continue reading
