Clinic Plus Strong and Thick Health Shampoo Review

I love long healthy hairs. Well, who doesn’t??? I have been dreaming of long healthy hairs since very long. But unfortunately I couldn’t ever have them. My hairs are healthy no doubt they have shine, little to no hair loss and all but I don’t have even a bit of hair volume. And 2 months back I tried a new hair style. I asked the hair dresser to give a bit of volume and bounce to my hair. So, he cut my hairs extremely short. And I am a fan of big hairs at least till my arms. So, I started growing them back. And recently since past 1 month, I am applying oil every day and shampooing them in the morning.

So, I needed something light which would remove the oil on daily basis and would be mild on my hairs. And also if you apply on daily basis then there are higher chances of product build up in your hairs. So, I needed something which would remove the oil and also keep my scalp clean and healthy at the same time. All of us have tried some time or the other Clinic plus shampoo. So, after a number of years I thought to revisit the same. Thus, here follows the review of Clinic Plus Strong & Thick shampoo.

Describe the brand in five words?

Affordable. Hair-care. Easily-available.

What it is?

A daily cleansing shampoo.

Who’s it for?

Girls with normal to fine hair.

What it’s supposed to do?

The shampoo is infused with milk protein which is supposed to make your hair stronger. The essential protein in the shampoo is known to nourish your hair and make it much more longer.

How’s the packaging like?

The comes in a big and bulky white bottle. The bottle is wide in size and heavy in weight which makes it unsuitable for travel. You can buy the smaller size which is much more travel friendly. The bottle has entire product details written all over it which is really informative for the users. The bottle has the blue flip open cap at the top. I like flip opening as they are easy to use and are completely fuss free.

How’s the texture like?

Clinic Plus Strong and Thick Health Shampoo ReviewThe texture of the shampoo is creamy and easily can be diluted in water. It is white in colour and thick in texture.

How’s the scent like?

The shampoo does not have any bothersome smell. And thus it won’t be a problem to be used by sensitive noses even.

What does it contain?

The shampoo contains too many chemicals – Water, Sodium LaurethSulfate,Dimethiconol And Tee decylbenzeneSulfonate, CocamideMea, Perfume, Carbomer, Mica And Titanium ioxidwe, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Disodium Distyrylbiphenyl Disulfonate, Lysine Hydrochloride, Hydrolysed Milk Protein , Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, Sodium Chloride, Sodium hydroxide , Cl 42090.

Possibly allergy/acne causing any ingredient?

Sulfates and perfume.

What it is priced at?

Rs. 180 for 340 ml.

How to use it?

You can take it in your palms and dissolve it with water to get the desired consistency so that it easily spreads all over your hair. The shampoo lathers quite profusely and spreads on your hair too. I let it sit on my hairs for some time. After which I wash off my hairs with normal water.

What’s good about it?

Once the hair dries out, it is soft and manageable. I had a fear that daily shampooing my hairs can make it more dry. But this one didn’t. Also, this kept dandruff and any dirt at bay. So, my scalp was entirely clean and healthy. And since the hairs were clean the hair fall reduced to a large extent.

What’s bad about it?

Nothing for me. But if you’re averse to sulfates and chemicals, you better stay away from it as the shampoo is loaded with chemicals.

R2B Rating – 4/5 (-1 for chemicals)

The bottomline:

This is a perfect every day use shampoo. The shampoo is light on your hair and thus it won’t cause any problem even with regular usage. Dandruff and hair fall both are under control with this shampoo.
