Do you ever have trouble turning your brain off at bedtime? Do you ever lie down in bed intending to sleep but your mind is working on a zillion things – the family, future, work, and the bills! Have you ever found yourself awake at 3:00 a.m. and then finding it impossible to get back to sleep?

But as much as it might seem to you that you’re the only one in the world not getting sound sleep, you’ll be surprised to know that more than 30% of the population suffers from some kind of insomnia or sleep disorder.
So what do you do, when the ‘zzzs’ elude you? Pop a sleeping pill?
While, sleeping pills do offer an easy and quick solution, they come with a long list of consequences or side effects. And convincing yourself that this is only a temporary phase and you’ll soon return to normal is not going to help either.
