Kicking off this year with a beautiful start!
Last two years were ‘ugh’! – totally floored me. I had horrible leg cramps, felt fatigued and those frequent migraines felt like a symphony of jackhammers in my head. Seriously, girls carrying and caring for a child is no joke. I didn’t anticipate being this stressed out but I had been really anxious – like, ridiculously anxious!
I didn’t know it was such an easy problem to solve, until, while casually chatting up with a friend one fine evening, she suggested it could be all due to some deficiency.
